great location , but overpriced food

The resort features a stunning beachfront with easy access to snorkeling and diving activities. Every area of the space was meticulously clean, showcasing the staff's dedication to upkeep. I loved the beautiful sea view from my room, which added to the overall calming atmosphere.

However, I found the dining options to be quite pricey for what was offered.

Consider bringing your own towels to the beach, as the setup service is limited and availability for chairs can be an issue.

The beach access was absolutely stunning with crystal clear water! 🏖️ However, the food prices felt outrageous for the small portions served. Definitely enjoyed the view from my Ocean Pool room, though!

The exceptional responsiveness of the staff at the pool bar and the warmth of the bell staff made our time at the Westin truly memorable.

the food at the Beach House was decent, but being ignored by the staff was something I didn't expect. The grounds definitely needed some love and attention. I woudl ve been thrilled with a complimentary upgrade for the trouble. too bad it didn’t happen! I almost considered a good review but just couldn’t bring myself to it.

Staff heavily favor couples over singles, beach chairs constantly dirty, incredibly overpriced food for subpar portions at multiple restaurants!!! Poor landscaping needs urgent attention, loud evenings in lobby disrupt relaxation.

my recent stay was truly unforgettable. the beach was stunning, with crystal clear water and soft white sand, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. the resort’s cleanliness and the care the staff showed even exceeded my last visit to west bay.

Awesome location right on the beach! Took a lovely stroll to the nearby shops and restaurants, but the service could be better. The bar area was a nice spot to grab a drink, but the food was def pricey for what you get. Watch out for the rude pool staff. not cool at all.

Staff members across different departments, including front desk and housekeeping, consistently exhibited outstanding service. The access to a variety of dining options nearby and engaging activities on-site, like movie nights on the beach, enhanced my stay significantly.

The air conditioning in my room was too cold and could not be adjusted.

It was just a commendable fit for a short weekend trip in West Bay with very good value for money. The beach was gorgeous, and their Beach Ambassadors provided exceptional service. Ian was especially accommodating. Bring your own snacks since food can be pricey and portions are small.
